Need an Actual Book? Check Out Little @ LPL

by Mark Bialczak | 3 months ago

You may hit that time in the next several weeks when you know you need to have a different book in your hands.

We’ve thought of that.

With our doors closed to the general public, staffers came up with Little @ LPL. It’s our version of the pop—up library you may have seen in the past year at various Onondaga County parks. (We helped provide books for those.)

Before leaving on Tuesday, several bins were brought out under the pavilion on the Dinosaur Garden lawn. Staffers selected them from books donated or culled from our collections.

They’re free.

All we ask is that when and if you visit, you stay respectful. Keep in mind that others coming after you want a book to read, too.

Staffers may drop by to replenish Little @ LPL before our anticipated reopening on Wednesday, April 1.
