Liverpool Legends Revisited

LiverpoolLegendsCover120You've enjoyed the Liverpool Legends video series for over two decades now. This video series, produced by the Liverpool Public Library, covers cultural, industrial, and historical topics relevant to the Liverpool and Central New York area in an entertaining fashion. We've produced over 50 films in this series, covering topics such as the salt industy, Onondaga Lake Park, historic amusement parks, and the willow industry to name just a few. Oral history interviews with lifelong Liverpool residents let you envision Liverpool as it was in an earlier time.

The Liverpool Legends DVDs are available for checkout (search the catalog or ask at the Information Desk), and are also available for purchase.

We are now in the process of making short video clips from the collection available online.  You will also find a subject matter index to the Liverpool Legends collection, a work-in-progress available on the Internet Archive.

We hope you enjoy learning more about Liverpool local history with the Liverpool Legends.
