Independent Bookseller Picks for Holiday Giving

downtown_owl.gif

Each year, National Public Radio turns to independent booksellers at holiday time and asks a few of them what their recommendations are for holiday giving. You can see and hear online what booksellers told correspondent Susan Stamberg about these books at the NPR site. Buy them as gifts if you like and treat yourself to these good reads for free by borrowing them from the library! Below is a list of their choices with direct links to our catalog for most. One book, a short story collection on order, is not yet available. Happy holidays!
