Honoring The Military
Is someone in your immediate family a veteran, on active duty, or died while serving our country (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, or Coast Guard)?
The library would like to honor military families in the Liverpool area by displaying their serviceperson's official military photo in the library's new "In Honor of Those Who Serve" case.
Photos will be on display in our secure glass case for one month and then returned to you with our thanks.

2013 Library Budget and Trustee Vote - Proposition 4

Liverpool High School, 4338 Wetzel Road in the main gymnasium - enter near the high school tennis courts
(Same place & time as the Liverpool School District vote - but we are a separate entity!)
The projected increase is 1.99% - the approximate average annual tax on a house in Salina or Clay would increase by a total of about $2.00 over 2012!
Budget information is available here or in the library. There is also one trustee seat up for election.
Knitting and Crochet Circle - JUNE

Step back into the Middle Ages and the Renaissance with the Barony of Delftwood. Roam the stations and learn about daily life in medieval Europe.
Topics will include the Arts and Sciences and defense, and more!
"I Remember" Writing Workshop
Thursdays, May 23 & 30 • 6-8pm • Sargent Meeting Room
Come prepared with a list of "Landmarks" from your life and learn how to narrow the topic, recover details, recreate scenes, portray vital characters, and write realistic dialogue to turn a memory into a story. Share a cup of coffee and saving tips! Bring your unwanted coupons and scissors to clip and trade. We will provide the coupons from the library's newspapers. Anyone wishing to donate coupons can drop them off at the Reference Desk.
