safeTALK Training - Suicide Alertness

Sargent Meeting Room
SafeTALK is a standardized training that prepares anyone over the age of 15 to identify persons with thoughts of suicide and connect them to suicide first aid resources. Most people with thoughts of suicide are receptive to help to stay safe. Alert helpers know how to use these opportunities to support that desire for safety. Any member of a group, school, workplace or community over the age of 15 is welcome to attend. Registration is required.

Mitten Tree • December 1–19
Place new or handmade mittens, gloves, hats, and scarves under one of the two holiday trees. They will be distributed to local charities.
Liverpool Legends DVD Premiere

Join us at the premiere of the newest Liverpool Legend DVD illustrating the story of the development of the eastern shore of Onondaga Lake during the Great Depression, including the Salt Museum and the Willow Bay picnic area.
Tech Night With Mr. G- WeDo LEGO for GrownUPs

'Tis the season for the adults to play! Join Tech Librarian Mr G for a session of beginning robotics and programming using the LEGO WeDo system. You won't end up building your own miniature R2D2 or C3P0 when it's over, but you will have a lot of fun. Registration is not required.
